The year 2020 was an opportunity to show even large companies can be quick, agile, creative, efficient, and contributing to the society they work in. “We have prepared various activations for different internal target groups, and used internal communication channels to connect our team members with each other”, said Katarina Prešeren, Head of PR at Telekom Slovenije.
“The results of our work were also shown in our internal analysis, researching our employees’ satisfaction in 2021. They pointed out that they felt connected with their team. Therefore we were not surprised with the outstanding positive response in the digital advent calendar activation, where almost everyone participated and also contributed their own content.”
