Sponsorships are usually an untapped resource in internal communication - they are usually communicated externally. This is despite every team member contributing to the success of the company, and subsequently to the success of our sponsorees, like elite athletes.
Therefore Telekom Slovenije decided to bring the Tokyo Olympics to their internal channels. Every day their team members were presented interactive content challenges, testing their sports and Olympics knowledge through fun activations. Internal communication channels have become the Olympic Hub at Telekom Slovenije, and the team could follow the successes of our athletes in Tokyo almost live.
This enabled Telekom Slovenije to bring some of the Olympics spirit to the work environment, and motivate the team to participate in the writing of a new Olympics fairytale, highlighting the decades of Telekom Slovenije’s support for our athletes.
